FOOD & DRINK

We welcome a carefully curated selection of quality food & drink options on-site at We Out Here.

Our focus is on great quality food, but also on traders who pay fair living wages, support charities or initiatives, and use sustainable packaging and products. Flavours from around the world are represented, with a lot of vegetarian and vegan options on offer, meaning there’s something for everyone.

Alongside our selection of independent Food Traders, we also welcome a Local Brewers Market offering independent beer traders, the charity TERN – a nonprofit that supports refugees to start their own business – and of course, the much-loved Brawnswood.

Brawnswood is the collaboration between Gilles Peterson’s Brownswood Recordings and East London’s Brawn, and a We Out Here staple. It’s where great food & music collide!

Brawnswood

The intersection between quality food and high-end music, Brawnswood is the spot on-site to meet friends, eat great food, and dance late into the night: the collaboration of Brawn and Gilles Peterson’s very own Brownswood Recordings. A delicious menu soundtracked by live acoustic performances & DJ sets.

Food Traders

Last year’s Food Traders ranged from Caribbean to Japanese, Italian to New Orleans, with generous portions and plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. There were also freshly baked goods, coffee & tea stalls and select traders offering dedicated ‘affordable’ options. (Announcing soon).

TERN

We have a partnership with TERN: the Entrepreneurial Refugee Network, who support refugees to launch and run food trading stalls and celebrating their cuisine. TERN will be back with us this year, with a selection of traders (more details to follow).
