Founded by Tunde Tejumola, SUYAMAN was created as a way to celebrate NIGERIA’S BOLD FLAVOURS AND EXPERIENCE AFRICA’S DIVERSE CULINARY CULTURE! We run online cooking classes, host supper clubs and create craft ales and exciting fusion dishes straight from the heart of West Africa! During lockdown, SUYAMAN launched two craft ales in partnership with One Mile End: ZOBO pale ale, with a hibiscus and citrus aroma, and KAKÁO stout, infused with Madagascan cacao. 

From spicy suya beef, suya halloumi for the veggies and suya yam fries with aioli and scotch bonnet jam for the vegans, our menu at the We Out Here Festival will cater to EVERYONE. We will also offer an original SUYAMAN refreshing hibiscus flavoured non-alcoholic “Zobo” drink to complement the spice! We hope you enjoy SUYAMAN at the We Out Here Festival!
