Back to welllness
Step away for just a little while from the excitement of the main festival: slow down and connect with nature as we practice the Japanese art of Shinrin-Yoku. Time in nature and especially near trees has been shown to have numerous health benefits and is a way to redress the balance of hectic modern life. Lucy will lead an introduction to forest bathing and unless it’s raining this bath won’t involve getting wet. Using breath work and mindfulness techniques you will be guided to a deeper nature-connection and in so doing, may even find a deeper connection with yourself.
