Gong Bath Meditation
Sally Warr is a qualified Gong sound Practitioner, an integrative therapist and has provided gong sound meditations (commonly known as gong baths) since 2017.
In a world of mental overload and uncertainty, the sound vibrations of the gong can help the mind to slow down and achieve a state of calm. The gong sounds work on a physical, mental, and emotional level. It is often called a Gong Bath because the sound vibrations can be likened to ‘wash’over and through a person helping to release toxins, shift negative thought patterns and emotions. Many people say that after a gong experience they feel more in ‘tune’, at ease and rejuvenated.
