In a laughter yoga session, we join together in a series of laughter exercises, which start as artificial laughter and quickly turn into genuine hilarity. Be prepared to join in, let your inner child take over. It’s great fun, relaxing and exhilarating all at once. We always end a session with a guided meditation.
Do bring some water. Laughter is thirsty work!
