We want everyone to feel safe, to look after themselves and each other. Whilst the festival provides facilities and implements policies to ensure safety and promote welfare, it's important that you look after yourself and your friends and family.
We have a 24 hour fully equipped medical centre with an experienced and qualified team based in the arena. If you're feeling unwell, or have taken a tumble, pop in and the team will be happy to help.

A welfare tent will be available for all customers, 24 hours between event open and close. Our welfare team are happy to help with any issues from providing suncream and a cup of tea to aiding in finding your lost child, and have a huge amount of experience in dealing with a wide range of issues.
Whilst the site offers plenty of open spaces, it is important to note that crowds may build up in certain areas. For those with mental health, emotional or sensory issues, the sounds, lights, smells and crowds of a festival have the potential to be difficult.
All our welfare staff are there to offer you a safe haven when needed, bring good vibes and make sure you are back enjoying the festival in no time. Use them.
Under 18s will have wristbands that distinguish them from adults.
Under 18s tickets are sold at a different price structure for:
Adults responsible for teens are encouraged to monitor them closely. Adults responsible for children are required to accompany them at all times.
Any Children (14 and under) enjoying the Family Zone should be supervised by their designated responsible adult. This area is not designed as a creche or child-minding service. Teens (Aged 15+) may participate in activities for teens without a responsible adult present unless the activity/workshop leader requires adult supervision.
Big crowds can be overwhelming for children if they get separated from you. Make sure your children know what to do if they get lost – speak to a member of staff in the Family Zone, Welfare Tent, or any member of security. Make sure your child has your phone number on them so that we can contact you as soon as they are in our care. We provide white wristbands on arrival for all children, on which you can write your phone number to help us contact you if your child comes into our care.
Found children and vulnerable adults will be taken straight to the Welfare Tent where the team are trained in safeguarding (all will have been recently DBS checked) and can offer a safe place for under 18s and vulnerable persons to be cared for.
The welfare team can also offer helpful information on request about issues such as protection of children's hearing, keeping your child safe at the event and other useful guidance if you are unsure of anything.
All bars operate the Challenge 25 Policy.
If you have lost your child or friends, speak to a member of security or head to the Welfare Tent where they will be able to help reunite you with your loved ones.
If you find a lost child or vulnerable person, please take them straight to a security guard or the Welfare Tent.
The Info Point is next to Medical and Welfare, open Thursday – Sunday. The timings are:
Thursday – 13:00 – 21:00
Friday – 10:00 – 21:00
Saturday – 10:00 – 21:00
Sunday – 10:00 – 21:00
The team is a fountain of knowledge for all things line up, activities and can point you in the right direction if you are looking for something or someone. We are also keen for you to give them your feedback so that we can improve the guest experience as much as possible.
Use the Info Point as a meeting point incase you get separated from your group.
If you have lost or found something, head to the Info Point where they will be looking after all lost property. Any lost property that hasn’t been collected by 22:00 on Sunday 22nd will be moved to the campsite hub for collection on Monday 23rd.
Any found items will be handed into the Info Point and available to collect until 22:00 on Sunday 13th, after which it will be moved to the campsite hub for collection on Monday 14th until 12:00.
Any items not claimed before close at 12:00 will be available to redeem by emailing email@example.com within 14 days of the event.
Whilst We Out Here Limited endeavours the safe keeping of any lost property item(s), we hold no responsibility for any loss or damage to the item(s).
The outlets for alcohol sales on site are all managed by experienced staff that are aware of the necessity to sell alcohol responsibly.
All bars will look for wristbands when selling alcohol and not sell to anyone wearing an under 18 wristband. However, they will not rely on wristbands alone to determine the age of someone.
A 'Challenge 25' system will be in place and bar staff will ask for photo ID for anyone looking under 25 to back up the wristband system.
The more you bring to the festival, the more chance you have of not coming home with!

No smoking or vaping inside any structure onsite is allowed. Including but not limited to marquees, big tops and stretch tents.
If you are concerned about anything, witness, or are victim to a crime or antisocial behaviour, it is important that you report it immediately to festival staff or security. They are there to help. In all instances, the more information you can give us, the better.
Please do not call 999 directly – our internal emergency fire, medical and security teams will be able to respond much quicker. In the very rare cases that we might need assistance from local emergency services, we have direct links to ensure effective coordination of response so it is always better for any 999 communication to come via the festival team.
Strobe or lasers may be used at the event. There will be no announcements beforehand.
The festival does not condone the use or sale of controlled or illegal substances. Anyone found to be in breach of this policy will be dealt with as per the Terms and Conditions of Entry
